Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you (Customer) cancels an order within the cooling-off period (4 hours from Booking start date time), you will receive a full refund, minus any deductions for visit by our service provider.

No cancellation will be allowed after the Service Provider has started the work. If there is any dispute, please raise a complaint. we will settle the case based on merit and evidence.

The refund will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation date if approved.
The refund will be made using the same payment method.
The cost of returning the product purchased for the service will not be refunded.
If you received a discount, the refund will only be for the amount you paid.
